At RAH Imagery Photography, client satisfaction is our #1 priority!
Deposits:
A deposit is required to confirm your scheduled appointment date and time. The deposit will be due upon receipt of the invoice. If the invoice is not paid at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be cancelled.
Refunds:
In case of camera failure, inclement weather or any other unforeseen incident that prevents RAH Imagery from shooting on a scheduled date the client will get a full refund of their deposit if applicable. No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend the activity on the day and the time listed, when the booking was made.
Digital Photos:
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned, RAH Imagery has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed it is considered to be non-refundable.
Prints:
Prints may only be exchanged during pick up if: there is a manufacturer defect reported; or the order was processed incorrectly
Canceling/Rescheduling Photo Sessions:
In the event that you have booked a session and need to cancel or reschedule your session, you must provide at least a 24 hour notice prior to the session date in order to allow the photographer to reschedule your session at no additional charge, or if you prefer, you may receive a gift card for the amount of your original purchase for you to use to reschedule your session at your convenience.
If you do not provide at least a 24 hour notice prior to cancelling or rescheduling your session you will forfeit your deposit.
Photo Gallery Re-Installation
All galleries are active for 3 months with the exception of wedding galleries which are active for 6 months. Please download all files to your computer upon receipt. Once the gallery expires, there will be a $75 charge to re-install for seven days.
Photo Release:
A model release is required to be signed prior to all sessions.
